Arby's

i arrive and share that i placed an online order under “XYZXYX” (not listing my real name here). “what’s your LAST name?”. i say my name again. “NO your LAST name” and i say that is my last name. what?? i always in the app so there is no confusion over what order i am placing. simple, no? no. it’s not simple. arby’s at this location have managed to make the massive complexity of fulfilling an order an exercise in customer humiliation. my order of red ranch sauce (an offered choice on the online menu) must have angered someone as it was dripping from the bag when i opened it. napkins. no of course not. why would they add those? i pulled over after picking up my order to see if i had the sauces i requested. nope. swung back through the drive through and when i shared there was not mar

It's and Arby's. The greek gyro, classic roast beef, and jalapeno poppers delivered as always. My only issue is price. I could have sworn that the classic Arby's roast beef was affordable at some point. Maybe I am wrong... One star off for price, but the food and service were fine.

Out of the last six times there (once a week) I was only able to get the chicken sandwich in three meat in a box the first two times. They keep saying that they are out, don't know if it's on the food distributor or the manger not ordering enough.

Absolutely horrible. I give food a 2 because it at least is warm but I just ordered from Grub hub and I'm going there next but when I got the Greek gyros, I ordered two gyros, a large I'm curly fries and a large strawberry lemonade, what I got was a medium lemonade and a 1/4ths of the fries.

I am VERY disappointed. I am newly diabetic and have to take insulin if I eat out now because of carbs. If I am going to treat myself which I rarely do now I decide what restaurant is really worth it since I know I am going to have to take my fast acting insulin. Today I chose Arby's just to get the worst beef and cheddar I have ever got and cold fries. The beef on the beef and cheddar was literally dried out and looked and felt like beef jerky. The ketchup dispenser was filled with watery ketchup. I am so upset I chose to take my insulin for this. Very disappointed and regret my decision.
