Arby's

First time visiting here, As we entered the establishment the handle on entrance door came off. Not handicap friendly , The floors were sticky and nasty as was the table we had been sitting at. No napkins and the fountain drinks were stale but the sprite, orange Fanta , Rootbeer were the only ones that were fresh. . The food was hot however the fries were like warm . The wait was long for the order. They have a drive through was they were attending it more then the counter customers.

We came in later one evening for a quick bite to eat. It was much better than I was expecting. The manager on duty is the one that took my order and she was absolutely friendly. There was 1 problem with a sandwich but I didn't say anything about it so I never gave them an opportunity to fix it because I didn't verify my order. The place was clean, fast service, and overall a wonderful fast food experience. Would highly recommend if you are in the area and wanting something fast.

Dined in. Floor was filthy feet stuck to floor. Ask other customers they felt floor too. Curly fries oil soaked ends. 2 curly fries each order on top of hard tip

Stopped there for lunch and ordered the fish sandwich that was on promotion. Unfortunately, I receive my food and my sandwich was ice cold. The manager on duty, Miss Quinn rendered the best customer service ever. She was eager to correct the problem immediately while an employee was talking loudly from the back telling her to have me do a survey because Arby’s needed a new microwave. I mean at the end of the day why make that a me problem while your manager is trying to correct an issue. This gentleman definitely has no clue on customer service and should never be allowed in the front of the house of any restaurant.

Of the area Arby's restaurants, this is the one to avoid. Staff are generally rude or dismissive. The orders are almost always missing items or wrong when you get your food. Last time I went they forgot an entire meal. I drove back up and went I side to get it. It took nearly 45 minutes while they ignored the front line. Then moved on to handling door dash orders, and just being completely dismissive. I finally had to interrupt them after they tried handling a third door dash order who had walked in 20 minutes after me and skipped the line to get the. To give me my missing food. I got the food finally, without so much as a "sorry" to be uttered. I finally got home to eat my cold food over 1.5 hours after I purchased it.
