Arby's

Just went. Great experience. We got exactly what we ordered. We got 4 beef and cheddar sandwiches. Food was good as usual. The guy who helped us was one of the nicest employees we've had at a restaurant. Inside was clean. Bathroom was clean too. Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessible.

Although the employees are nice, they didn’t double check my order. The one time, I don’t check my order is the time I don’t get everything. When I got home, my mozzarella sticks were not in the bag. Plus my sandwich was a beef and cheddar and I got no cheese in it. Please, do better!

Was told upon arrival that they had run out of ingredients and that it would be "awhile" for my order. When I asked 5 minutes later about how long, the wonderful employee with the cross neck tattoo told me the door is that way as he pointed to it.

This was probably the worse Arby’s I’ve ever been to. The lady that took my order in the drive-through was so rude. She kept rushing me to place my order. When I asked my kid what kind of fries she wanted the lady laughed. I didn’t even get sauce for my mozzarella sticks. On one of the meals I asked for a lemonade to replace the drink. When I finally got my food I realized the receipt had extra charges. The drive through lady gave me a random soda I didn’t ask for. I ended up going inside to speak with a manager, she was helpful and refund my money back for the items I didn’t order. The lady in the drive through should not be working around people with that attitude. I believe her name is Amber. Forgot to mention food was cold. I would never recommend or go back.

The service is incredibly slow. If you order anything that goes in the fryer, be prepared for a strangely long wait, even if you're the only customer.
