Drive through at 830 tonight was rudely told their system is down. He doesn’t know when it went down. He doesn’t know when it’ll go up. They’re not taking any more orders for the rest of the night. I told him hey can I talk to a general manager, they don’t have a general manager said call our district manager, I don’t care.. called the other Arby’s in the same town system has been up all day so come over and get your order.

Drive through order. Good was good, tried the new meat+3 which was good value. Service was slow and slightly rude.

Always greeted with a smile. Food is always fresh. This location deserves an update/remodel, the staff has pride in their store.

One of the cleanest fast food stores I've ever been in. Fast courteous service always. Reasonable wait time for food.

Great crew! As I got to the counter, I was told "I'll be with you in just a moment". This is important. Acknowledging someone is at the counter and letting them know they matter. Once he was done taking the drive thru order, he immediately thanked me for my patience and took my order. As I was enjoying my meal, a team member came out to clean tables and asked if I was enjoying my meal. Then, on my way out, I was told to have a good night by another team member. Loved ringing that bell! Again, great crew who really do their best to make sure their diners are appreciated.
