I would like to leave a review about Waylon the guy that works the Drive-through he is such a nice person Very customer service with his words very polite. Every time I’ve came here I’ve had him and he makes you wanna come back he deserves a raise.

Once again this location failed to complete my order and somehow missed adding fries. I wish I could recommend them but they seem to be following the majority of fast food locations in this area and can’t follow the most basic orders. It’s always missing instead of adding items. I do not recommend this location and if you do very carefully check your order.

Ordered a double roast beef, was eating potato cakes and about to have my sandwich when my wife noticed something shiny in the meat from her side of the table. Looked myself and found more all through the meat. Took it back up front and let the staff know, and they offered to remake it, along with my wife’s French dip. Later they explained that the person slicing the roast beef was pushing down too hard and the roast beef chunk was almost out, so he ended up slicing the part of the machine that holds the beef from above into the sandwich. Very thankful my wife noticed, who knows what would have happened if I ingested all those metal shards. I got coupons in the mail. 2for6 classic beef and cheddar. 2 orders. 4 sandwiches. Service was quick. But the sandwiches were the worst I've ever had. Must have been under the heat lamp to long. Cheese was bubbled out into the wrapper and the rest was rubbery. I live right down the street and eat allot of Arby's. My favorite is the steak and cheese and the French dip. Most of the time the food is Freshly prepared. Tonight the food was Horrible.

Only gave this place one star just so I could leave a review. I’m absolutely appalled by what they gave me. I posted a couple pictures. Fries tastes under cooked. Wasn’t even filled up. The gyro look like my dog regurgitated it. Called 5 times that day no one answered. Save your hard earned money. Wouldn’t pay a dime for what I got.
