Arby's

Ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches with swiss cheese and double meat for my daughter and I. They were both pink, slimy and did not taste right after 1 bite. Same with my daughter’s. I complained while at restaurant and all they said was that’s how it’s supposed to be. I emailed corporate and they replied that they will send a coupon for 1 free sandwich. Good luck to anyone else that orders there! Ordered curly fries and they were good at least!

I think all fast food for the most part has gone down hill! First off, what happened to the “Hot” roast beef sandwich! It’s always cold Luke warm every single time! I’ve asked to make sure it’s hot, shouldn’t have to tell food prep how to properly cook food! Not to mention improper temp of food you can become ill! I’m done with it all! Do yourself a favor, eat at a healthier place if that’s possible in butler or eat at home!

It's good to have other choices than just burger or chicken. Always like beef and cheddar, they have a lot of different sandwiches now some are limited time . They also have curly fries , potato cakes , cheese sticks, cookies , turnovers and shakes. Some times they slice the roast beef too thick some times

I used to enjoy going to Arby's at the Clearview Mall. But I went inside with my backpack, and was prepared to some work on my laptop. I stood at the counter for nearly 15 minutes after 5:30 pm and nobody came to take my order. The the time before, I waited over five minutes, and girl at the counter was rude. I know drive thru can be busy, but you have a dinning room for a reason. Me an another guy left, and ironically both ended up at Eat N Park.

Sat in line for over 20 minutes as they paced the cars being waited on, the food was cold, the drive thru lady was eatting crumbs / fries when I pulled up . I said thank you to her and I got my bag slug out to me with her reply to my thank you was “yep”. Terrible 10/30/25 @ 1:50:17 receipt.
