I would give 10 Stars if I could! I just want to take a moment to give a big shout-out to Emma and Chris at the Greenfield, Indiana location. I was running behind and had a pretty large order for about five people (plus some extras). I couldn't get the app working, not Arby's fault, but because of my phone issues .....so I had to go through the drive-thru. I even apologized ahead of time, for such a big order so close to closing time.....but Emma immediately reassured me it was no problem at all. Their customer service was absolutely outstanding—friendly, professional, and far above what you usually see these days. We just moved here to Greenfield from Florida and this was the nicest, cleanest and fastest Arby’s we’ve ever entered. Serene, the manager on duty waited on us and was super friendly and quick. This is either a brand new location or was recently updated because it was fancy! Amanda Colleen, their GSM needs to be very proud of her store. I would highly recommend coming here. They’re quick, super nice and order was put in a flash. I’ll be coming back; absolutely!

Who doesn't love some good ol beat up roast beef? Don't lie guys you've eaten it too! 😂 "JUST EAT IT!" Love me some roast beefy!Sadly they didn't have any 2/7 deals going on,but it was a hearty meal when you are on the road. Just grab a good ol half pound roast beefy and you are set and back on the road. -Crazy cat dude

Pretty sad we had to heat up our food. We didn’t have to wait long on our order to be delivered. Roast beef looked like it was sitting there for an hour. Fries were not fresh.

Don't order the "chicken tenders" unless you're a fan of fried boot leather. These are the most pathetic excuses for chicken tenders I've ever seen. No meat, zero tenderness. $11+ for a 5 piece of fried cardboard and cold fries.
