I hate to say this, but Arby's is the place to eat a great sandwich. I hate to say it because more people are probably going to make it harder for me to get a meal. Their regular burger is the best tasting burger I have had for a while. Their brisket is amazing and a great price. If you want to go over the top? Get a braized steak tips and break them up and place on top of a brisket sandwich. It is AMAZING! I used to no care if went to Arby's. My wife always loved it. Their new menu, wow, I don't want to go anywhere else!
I ordered $50 worth of food for my family and the ONLY smokehouse brisket I ordered had hardly no meat on it and did not look like a $10 dollar sandwich, NOT the first time I have ordered this but it IS the first time I have been disappointed in this sandwich. And management acted like the meat is cut thinner. 3oz portions should still weigh 3 oz.
Really enjoyed my visit on 2/10. Staff was super friendly, order was fresh and delicious! Restaurant was clean.

Our food was cold. The orange cream milkshake tasted like soap. This used to be a very good restaurant to eat at. But I don't know what's going on lately. Even some of the cashiers are having issues. Not being polite. Doesn't get your order correct. Then it takes a very long time to get your order. Thats if you get it.
