I stopped here because the Chicken Cordon Bleu I had at another location was so good that I couldn't resist getting another. The one I had here was so-so, but overall pretty good. Shout out to the new guy who served us on his first day today - you're doing good buddy!

Ordered Online 4/21/25 @ Ithaca NY Elmira Road location. Upon arrival the chicken sandwich was in the bag waiting. After trying to get an employee’s attention the shift manager came to the counter. However it was not to help me. The manager ignored me and yelled to a worker who was off the clock “ …. I know your off the clock, but could you change the menu for me”. She then started to walk away. I asked openly as she was leaving “I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries can someone please help me?” A employee grabbed a bag off the counter and took it over to put what was suppose to be a large curly fry in the bag next to the fryer. The employee accidentally dropped the receipt when the manager asked to see the online order. The manager then bent over and grabbed the receipt off the

not happy, when you order one item and get another. didnt order Beef and cheddar or curly fries but that's what I got. just wish theyd get it right. my older was a classic and krinkle fries, never told the amount and no sauce. just hoping they get it right next time

Food is very good! Mobile order is fast, and employee is friendly. Don't know why there are so few people every time I go there. The chicken sandwich is amazing!

This Arby's is the WORST! Employees with ripped jeans (barely enough material to be recognized as jeans). The milkshakes were underfilled. The"manager" left a stack of $$ on the counter which they handled while serving food and being ill-mannered and rude (at best)!
