Arby's

The food wasn't good. The employee who sliced the roast beef must be lazy, because it was very very thick, not thin like it's supposed to be, which made it rubbery. The curly fries were barely warm, & the cheese sauce only had a 1/2 Tbsp, which barely covered the bottom of the cup.....by the way, I want .75 cents back on the .99 cents I paid for the cheese. The only good thing was the drive thru employee Mic Mic who was very polite. I ordered the 4 for $10 classic R/B sandwiches, med curly fry & cheese sauce cup. I won't be coming to this Arby's anymore....I'll just go to the Linden Ave location, since their beef is always sliced thin & their food is usually made right.

Everything tasted like it was cooked in the same grease. From the fish that tasted like it was cooked 3 days ago. To the peach Cobbler rolls. Same grease. Horrible.

This place is so dirty. The prices keep going up and the portions of meat keep getting smaller. I got an $8 super roast beef that had 2 pieces of meat, 2 end slices of tomato that were the size of a dime and about 4-6 pieces of brown, slimy lettuce shreds. Never again!

Just came through the drive thru on 12/15/25 as 12:20pm. Jacob took our order and had exceptional customer service. He was patient, respectful, and helpful. They definitely have a good employee! Thanks, Jacob!!

I was passing through and I noticed this old school retro Arby’s. I had to stop because you don’t see Arby’s like this anymore. However the day I went 1/29/24 the fryer was down. The inside was a bit run down. I ordered a regular roast beef sandwich and it was good. The service here was good. I did ring the bell for good service.
