Honestly "THEE BEST" Arby's Roast Beef dbl meat sandwich I've had in years! I'm serious, I don't eat much fast food anymore anyway, maybe 5-6 times a year, if that. Most of the time I'm disappointed bc the quality & preparation sucks no matter where you go most of the time. But every once in awhile I get a craving for Arby's Roast Beef sandwich anyway. I was expecting my sandwich to be like usual when I unwrapped it, which is to be a sloppy barely warm mess. So, typically I'll either take it home & reheat it or, on occasion return it for a HOT sandwich bc I'm not going home right away. Its always been that way for the last 30 yrs. So I was very pleasantly surprised that my sandwich was 100% perfect for the first time in so many years, I can't recall, you could have used it in a commercial

Arby's has the best roast beef hands down. But they always seem to forget something in my order. Very nice people but nonetheless when I get home if I haven't checked the bag carefully, somethings missing. This last trip they forgot my poppers but to his credit, the guy remembered those before he let me drive off. Thinking I was safe this time, I got home and was missing my fries and ranch for the poppers.

My boyfriend and I placed an online order for the shelf pick up today just before 5 pm. When we got there to pick it up, we were first told by the manager by the name of Beth that they would not be able to remove the peppers and onions from the new Philly steak sand which because it was pre-mixed, to which we asked why it was available as an option on the app and she then told us it just takes longer. We then insisted that we wanted the sand which the way we ordered it, and she agreed to fix it. When we got our food the sand which in question was a huge mess, it was obvious that someone had picked the peppers and onions off of it, I’m including a picture of the sand which in my review. As if that wasn’t bad enough when we where looking for a place to sit and eat our food we discovered that

My family and I love eating at Arbys. We simply cannot keep wasting our money. Every time we go there is 1-3 items are missing. Most of the time I catch it before I leave. Tonight I looked at the bag and it was entirely wrong. Not our order at all. I was frustrated and the worker came back out to ask if everything was okay(which was good of him). Then they brought my "corrected order". I skimmed over the items and it seemed right so we left, again I was frustrated and apparently not thinking right. At home I realized they forgot 2 order of fries and the 3 ranches I ordered (idk if they charged for ranch but I did not receive a receipt so I wouldn't know). I’ve eaten here a few times but today was a great experience. Ordered a meal to go and the food was hot and fresh, the best beef and cheddar I’ve ever had. The staff were friendly and the restaurant itself was clean and the sauce, napkin and straw racks were full and neat. My to go order even had sauces and a straw already in the bag!
