Girl taking orders seemed like she was another world. Took her 3 times to get the person's in front of me order correct. Then put the incorrect name on my food. Didn't know it was ready and was a little cold. I'll provide an update on my next visit to see if service has improved.

I am not sure how you can serve stale fries at 6:30 PM on a Saturday night but thank you! So if you just wanna go visit, nice people, I would go here if you want decent food you might want to check out other options. Ggrr

Ordered a sandwich got home to find it barely had any meat on it , drove back and with our any question the manager made me a new sandwich. Other than driving back and forth I really appreciate him correcting my order. Second sandwich was great thank you

Arby’s used to be affordable, but paying about $10 for a meal now is disappointing enough. What really frustrated me was having to ask twice for ketchup and Arby’s sauce. I requested it when ordering, then had to ask again at the window. I was told if you don’t ask at the window, they won’t include it. That shouldn’t be the customer’s responsibility after already requesting it. Service like that makes the higher prices even harder to accept.

Just ordered 3 Arby's sandwiches and fries. And chicken nuggets The sandwiches were cold,and also made wrong. The fries were old and crumbs. The chicken nuggets was cold and old. Very disappointed 😞 with the food and service truly disgusted, furthermore the link that was sent in the Arby's apology reply does not work again truly disappointed with the food and customer service
