When we visited this Arby’s on Saturday, the restaurant was short staffed and it took quite a long time to get our order taken. The app was down due to a server issue on Arby’s side and they refused to match app coupons. Then the worst part of the meal came when me and my family got home to eat. A couple bites into the sandwich there was something hard and it almost choked me. It turned out to be a bread clip! To make matters worse when I made Arby’s corporate aware of the issue the day it happened they said they would send my issue to another team and it’s been silence from them for the last three days. Great location with awesome customer service! Employees are always friendly and the manager is wonderful. Brittany and her staff are amazing. Store is always clean and the food quality is the best. Brittany keeps the vibe friendly and inviting. She is always smiling and willing to help get the customer what they need. This location is my favorite in the owasso area

Brittany the manager on 86th street is very agressive with her guests. Slammed the drive through window because I told her I did not like the steak bites I had ordered they were completely burnt asked if I could switch it out for a sandwich instead she slammed the window and walked away. When she can back I asked to speak with a manager she said she was the manager. I told her she was acting very aggressive and defensive. I paid good money for the steak bites that are completely burnt and not edible and was just simply asking for a substitute. She started to arguing with me telling me well I didn’t have to give the free sandwich. I told her she did not need to be mean and slam the window with an attitude. That is not customer service. Please be kind to people next time and don’t take it

super friendly people, i see a few bad reviews in here and it’s just karen’s.. i worked at fast foods before And half of these people giving bad reviews Is mostly because of they having to be pulled up to a yellow line or they hear cussing.. Saw one review complaining about that they had to pull up to yellow line and they saw people getting their foods and they had to wait five minutes To get theirs and if anyone sees this, the only reason why people pull you up to yellow line So your food can be freshly hot and not cold. Waited at the speaker to order for a good 10mins. Pulled up, paid, waited 5 mins, they had me pull up. They handed out 4 other orders in the drive thru and I waited. Yall I got 1 sandwich and fries. That is it. This management or staff gots to go. Their attitude was just the icing on the cake for me.
