Arby's

I tried he value box with the classic roast beef sandwhich. Everything was really good! I'd give 5 stars but my sandwhich had 3 pieces of roast beef, pretty skimpy even though it did taste good. Would recommend the value box!

I'm from out of town, a different state actually. This was by far the most friendly and welcoming Arby's or fast food place i have ever stepped into. Wish I had remembered the gentleman who was workings name to give him a great shout out. My wife and I were there with our two little kids it's was a great experience the food was fresh and very good 10/10 forsure.

I ordered a buffalo chicken slider. Below is a picture of a brown something I received. I asked for a refund. The manager said no . I told her I didn't want the food. The manager told me to never come back. I assured her I would not. Arby's has yet to process my refund. Update: 2/20 The actual store manger is Marcus, not the lady as she stated. Marcus called me today. He was very polite and apologetic about the situation. He asked me when I could stop by that he had my refund for me. I wasn't able to go until after Marcus had left but the manager on duty was very apologetic she handed me my refund and Marcus had thrown in a card for me to get a free meal. Very polite. Very nice.

My wife purchased me a Market Fresh Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich combo for my dinner as she passed through Paris. We live 28 miles out from the resturant. Glad she is safe and off the road and settled into my evening chair to enjoy my “Market Fresh” sandwich. I am adding several photos of my fine dining meal. Included is the picture of the sandwich as advertised on their official web site. There are several photos of my sandwich as sold to my wife. Now I eat the thing and deal with it or drive 56 miles round trip to replace it. Oh, one other thing, I called their number on web site and the call would not go through. I will be contacting corporate about this obvious opportunity for re-training from the manager down. The worst part of this is that this level of service has become acc

The roast beef was great. The curly fries were cold, old and limp. The fries were a zero. Next time I test the fries before leaving
