Arby's

This location is notoriously slow. Today I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru, when I finally got my food I got old fries and had two long dark hairs in my chicken sandwich. One was mixed into the lettuce/mayo. The person at the window also had cat(?) hair all over their shirt.

Three of us stopped in for lunch at this ARBY location while passing thru Petoskey. The food and atmosphere were fine, but the service was not. 🐌 We ordered chicken strips and an Arby's roast beef sandwich and it took 10 minutes to get our order taken and 15 to 20 minutes to get our food. ⌛️ Fast food just isn't fast anymore. 😞 The chicken strips were outstanding, though! 👍 #Arbys #Petoskey #SlowService #GoodFood

Cashier was hostile, she was very aggressive with typing in the order. She raised her voice and threw the cup on the counter at my friend. The loby doors were open when they weren't supposed to be according to the cashier and she acted like it was our fault. I understand that this location was understaffed but she was hostile and it was distressing. Food was good though👍

Go elsewhere unless you have 30 to 40 minutes to wait your food. According to other reviews management still seems to be the same

I'm tired of coming in here for the past almost 2 months to find the lobby at 90 degrees if not hotter. I get off work and like to get food from here and I love to enjoy the air conditioning but there has not been any!!! I feel so bad for the employees but I tell you what they all need a raise to come in here and have to work in these conditions. I will return when the ac is working.
