Arby's

After reading great review after great, and seeing the rating I said. Sure. This is the one. Well, Beelzebub had other plans for me... The fries were old and burnt. The turkey bacon ranch Market sand, well... LOOK, not even bacon let alone the bread wasn't the right kind and TOASTED????. FORGOT my bottle water said it was all in the bag. "I knew better in my stomach" yet it wanted to eat. The roast beef was the only thing right. I gave Arby's 3 tries from the last bad experience. And NOW. your done.....

I order from this Arby’s a lot, probably about 20-30 times a year. I usually DoorDash orders due to car problems, but i do also go in about 20-25% of the time. The customer service is amazing when you go in, and your order’s almost never wrong, which is ok. I expect a few mistakes as the employee’s are people. It happens and i understand that. With that being said, I always order the same thing with minor variations. Every time, my food has been perfect. However, some of these employees apparently barely graduated elementary school. I order a sweet tea every single time, with no exceptions, and when i DoorDash my order, I get an unsweet tea about 40% of the time. I had not been to an Arby's in a very long time. Arby's has a new item, a Gyro!! It is definitely their Best item! I went with Lamb, because well, it's a Gyro! Taziki sauce, red onions and lettuce, tomato and lots of herbs! Only thing it was missing was feta cheese and kalamata olives. Other than that, they have done a very good job with their gyro!

The food is good. But they stole 35 dollars from me. So beware of this place. If you don't mind being stolen from then go ahead but if you can't afford to be taken advantage of please don't go here. They charged me 35 dollars I got 4 beef and cheddars along with a few more items they charged each sandwich individually but were supposed to do the 2 for $6 . When I brought it up they voided the ticket gave me the deal and made me pay 26 more dollars to do a new order entirely. The problem is that I never got my 35 dollars back. They said it would go back to my card but it never did. When I tried to get it back they made excuses several times kept needing further and further proof that I wasn't lying. After so much I chalked it up to lesson learned. I'm disabled and I have a disabled son and
