Arby's

Visited your West Lafayette location this evening, and the drive-through guy was very very rude. He acted as as if I was an inconvenience to his day repeated myself, and he got more irritated when he handed me my food. I asked for Arby’s and horsey sauce, and he said it was in the bag and I repeated horsey sauce in the bag and he said it’s in the bag very rudely. I then checked the bag and had to go inside and get horsey sauce. This is the second time I’ve had poor service at the drive-through by the same mail and I will not be returning. His name is Charles.

Couldn’t understand a word the drive thru guy said because he mumbled and then made it seem like it was my fault that I had to have him repeat stuff. He was more worried about friends driving by and yelling out the window to him. All I ordered was 3 things and it took him 5 tries to get all to me correctly. When I told him to get it together, he talked back to me and was a complete jerk.

Place is in need of repairs and a good cleaning. Went to the restroom and my feet stuck to the floor. Ceiling is water damaged and ready to fall also got to listen to the manager yell at an employee for messing up and order in drive thru and how they are down money. Let them know our order wasn missing a sandwich and had one slapped on top my fries with a there you go.

First time here and this is all what I got for $20. Plus a bug in my coke. The man there taking my order is rude. I had diarrhea and spent 3 hours in my bathroom after having this meal. Now I know why there’s nobody in the restaurant. Worst experience ever. ———————————————————————————— This is a follow up comment. I filed the claim through the link provided by the Arby’s reply below. There is no one to address the issue. The Arby’s reply is clearly automatic and useless.

The new 'wings' were terrible. Small, full of grissle, ice cold and a swimming pool of sauce. Sauce all over the container and inside the bag. Just awful. And in case you were wondering what $3.73 gets you... check out the picture of my mac and cheese... Update: attempted again and nothing has changed. Ordered chicken tenders and got three 2 oz pieces. $10 for 6 oz of food. This place needs some serious help.
