Good morning, greetings. This message, as a form of constructive criticism and not destructive, I have more than 20 years of experience in the gastronomic field, and I am a professional chef. Your establishment is one of my favorite places for Venezuelan food. And I have enjoyed many different dishes from there, and I have always loved them; we have always gone… But my experience last Sunday leaves a lot to be desired. And the purpose of these recommendations is solely to help you improve, because I would like to see you much more successful in the future. I went with my wife, and we requested a soup of the day. a pabellón criollo with two drinks. When they brought me the soup, and I tasted it, the soup was cold from frozen. Just ordered delivery from this business on GrubHub. It’s a shame that they got my order incorrect on both items. I ordered the Arepa burger to come with a grilled chicken patty, but instead it came with a burger patty (pictured). The Tajadas say in their description that they’re supposed to be topped with cheese, but as you can see in my photos, it arrived plane. They still tasted good, but it’s just a shame that their own description and options were not followed. GrubHub delivered the order on time and also refunded me for the mistake - but it still wasn’t worth my time to re-order the incorrect food and redeliver it. Not sure if I would try this place again for delivery.

As I was doing my last-minute Thanksgiving shopping, I noticed that Arepa Burger was opened, and we had not had breakfast yet. I ordered a cachaps con quest, which is a thin corn pancake folded in half filled with white and sprinkled with another white salty delicious cheese. My companion had desayuno criollo, which had rice and beans, chicken, and arepitas. Portions were great, and food was rich in flavor. We also had really good coffee.This venezuelan spot has a lot of flavorful options and never disappoints. Employees are very pleasant, can't wait for my next visit.

Worst Venezuelan restaurant ever. And it hurts me because I’m Venezuelan. But this has been the worst experience ever. Look at the pictures. The soup was flavorless, just water. The protein in the soup was a sad leg with almost no meat. The rice was old, probably from a few days ago. The avocado was hard, the chicken was also over cooked and very small. The worst part was that they were trying to cheap out on the heating and the whole restaurant was at 59-60 Fahrenheit. I specifically requested for the heat to be turned on since I came with my 4 year old son, but they refused. I’ve been eating in restaurants all across America and Europe and I have never eaten at 50+ temperatures inside, completely ridiculous. I sincerely hope for the owner to step up the quality of the food and experience

Pork arepa was relatively large and very meaty. Nice restaurant atmosphere with catchy Latin music. I will be back when I'm in the area.
