This is not your ordinary taco truck. I'll start by saying that they have a pretty decent variety of food, including tacos, tortas, huaraches, mulitas, and I believe quesadillas. I have only tried the tacos and mulitas, and need to explore the other options. But if you try these tacos you'll understand why I haven't tried anything else because they are DELICIOUS. The tortillas are made fresh per order, so expect about a 10 minute wait, depending on how busy they are. The tacos are generously stuffed with meat (I always just get asada) and each order comes with radish, salsa, cucumber, and lime. If you like cheese, get the mulitas, they are basically tacos with a layer of melted cheese! The meat is hot, juicy, and very nicely seasoned. The red salsa is spicy with a slighlty smoky undertone,

Been here before and food was ok but service was mid both times. Second time I went it was 30 mins before “closing” and they didn’t even look at me as I came up.

I crave these tacos somethin’ bad, yall! 🤤 And what better atmosphere than my car (much to my family’s dismay, I low-key love hanging out in my car. 😋) Pictured are 2 asada (pork) tacos and 2 pastor (beef) tacos. I took a bite out of each because I couldn’t resist. Sorry, not sorry. lol Do you see the seasoning on those things!! Maaaan, you can probably smell them through the pictures. The meat’s so tender and delicious... Smh 🙏🏾 Help me, lawd!

great service and even better food. tacos are fresh either pastor or asado you cant go wrong with either and the sauces are spicy but with flavor. will be coming back💗

With food, smell is a very powerful advertisement. Something that can very much benefit outdoor food trucks like Aris Kitchen. When I was l finished at World Market, I had just one more stop planned before heading home after a very long work day. That "just one more stop" plan changed the moment the wind shifted and I looked across the parking lot in the direction of something that smelled really good. Especially as it was late and I'd missed dinner. Joking to myself that I could smell some food calling my name, instead of going next door for my next stop, I had to investigate.
