First time ever, I walked in no wait, dropped paperwork off and it was pleasant and person was nice
I had an appointment but because there is snow and ice on the side walks they were closed.
make it so difficult to maintain any benefits. impossible to get on phone.
This place is an absolute nightmare. No one communicates anything and the process takes MONTHS simply because they refuse to “follow up” the supervisor’s exact words is “no one will follow up” I want to understand how they work with they public for multiple different purposes and they lack basic communication skills? I want to understand how a supervisor doesn’t even help to resolve simple issues. Teach the people that work for you. We hold for 30+ minutes to not get anywhere with the process.
