ARNOLD’S BBQ & GRILL

Not just another BBQ joint! Sherri took exceptional care of us providing us excellent insight into the menu and quenching my insatiable iced tea thrist. We knew we wanted the onion rings and they were excellent as an appetizer. My wife and I split the BBQ Chicken plate with baked beans and cole slaw--both made just right. The sauce on the side was tangy and not too sweet as many sauces have become. We finished with the Banana pudding that was crafted by Sherri The serving was plenty big for two, with oodles of bananas and nicely topped with whipped cream.

We had the ribs and brisket sandwich. Our server, Sherri, recommended the ribs and to enjoy them without sauce. She was right! The meat was tender and seasoned just right. I also enjoyed the key lime pie. Definitely worth the stop. Sherri was very pleasant and attentive. Thanks!

Disappointing and Smokey – Better Off Cooking at Home I wanted to like this place, but honestly, it was pretty mediocre. As soon as you walk in, you’re hit with a wall of smoke, and not the good kind—it felt like the ventilation was broken, making the whole dining experience uncomfortable. The food didn't make up for it. I ordered the chicken and ribs, and both were incredibly dry, like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The cornbread was a letdown too; it was hard and clearly not fresh. Honestly, I make way better BBQ at home on my Traeger. I won't be coming back.

This place was perfect! Greated as soon as we walked in and had drinks on the table within 2 minutes. Ordered sweet tea, sliced brisket, and banana pudding. The brisket was well cooked, tender, and fullnof natural smoke flavor. The regular BBQ sauce was a perfect mix of sweet and savory, and the spicy BBQ sauce was spot on with natural spice flavor and a hint of smoke, not liquid smoke like a lot of places use. And then... the banana pudding was absolutely PERFECT! Fresh banana slices, new wafers (not soggy), and the perfect texture of pudding with real whipped cream topped down the whole thing. I’m still sitting here at my table. thanking every divine decision that led me to this food heaven. The fried catfish is a gift from above, and sends you to a culinary euphoria the moment it hits your lips. The ribs fall right off the bone and into you mouth. Every side is a perfect partner to this tasty dance. Do NOT forget to add the Pepper Sauce to the Greens. The Elvis’ Pink Cadillac lemonade would make the King himself shimmy.
