they are all very nice and sweet here they make great coffee. They listen to your instructions and the food is really good and the coffee has a great taste. I think I will come here instead of Dunkin’ Donuts to be honest even while you’re inside picking up her Doordash for yourselves they’re still very nice.

Waited while the service member made their own drink completely ignoring my elderly boss and I after doing hours of snow Removel and salting. Do yourself a big favor, don’t bother going there! Not very clean windows were grimy looking, a telltale sign of overall poor cleaning habits! Visit Dunkin’ doughnuts for faster service and a clean workspace and customer area which is cleaned each shift!

So this is my first time to Aroma Joe's. And it will be my last. The service was fine, the atmosphere was fine. Actually the store was empty so there was no atmosphere. Now let's get to the coffee. 32 oz cup looks like it's about 20 oz there was more ice in it than coffee. The coffee was some half-ass I don't know what Walmart special bottom of the barrel Folgers or something else. I told the Barista that it was my first time and that I was used to ordering from another proprietor down the road. That being said, the cup has got to be the worst thing out of the entire experience the lid doesn't securely sit on the top of the cup so it leaks all over you. The staff at this location is always super friendly, cheerful, and efficient! This is my favorite location! They even gave me 2 drink coupons when I accidentally dropped my phone under my car in the D/T, which I drove over as I couldn’t open my door enough! I hope they open a location in the Pinardville/West side area! I drive across the city 2x a day for this location.

I’ve been to this location a few times now and I love it! The staff are very nice, and the food and coffee are awesome! And the dining room is cool, they’ve got a couch and everything! I get a way better vibe here than I do at Dunkin’, I’ll be coming here from now on.
