Aroma Joe's

This Aroma’s has become physically incapable of making an order correct. I literally don’t have issues with any other ARJ’s in Dover or the area, but every time I order here anything more than a rush it is made incorrect and takes incredibly long. I once waited over 15 minutes for two rushes- one being a 24 oz beach bum and the other a 32 oz vanilla peach, received the beach bum fine but the other drink was mixed up and two different flavors than I had asked for. Every time we ask for food it becomes incredibly complicated, such as the wrong amount of hashbrowns, drinks start getting messed up/not made well, wrong cream cheese, wrong sandwich, etc. It doesn’t even matter how busy they are either

Really love AJ coffee, but lately the prices have been all over the place. I get the same coffee 5-6 days a week. Depending on the employee I might pay $6.xx upwards to $9.xx. I don't change the sizes or anything. I went again this morning and they charged me a whole new price. I think I'll find another coffee avenue. I'm curious as to where the extra money is going. If AJ would like to correct this issue, I'd love to continue being a customer.

On Saturday morning I came and got a very tasteful chider, the best I ever had. I had the sweetest barista Zyla and she made my day! Saturday was the most positive experience I’ve had at this location to date. I hope to go back and get another amazing chaider made by her soon!

I’ve been an Aroma Joes customer for as long as I can remember- I’ve been going to the Charles st location since it was put in. And tonight was a disaster. We went through the drive through and asked for 2 16oz iced coffees- an iced mocha and an iced perfect cloud- and a double espresso. The worker was completely clueless and couldn’t understand how/what we were ordering. I totally understand if she was new and needed some extra time/assistance. But if that was the case, she didn’t communicate that to us at all. It was just plain frustrating and took forever. She asked us multiple times to repeat and clarify our order and even had to ask another employee for help. Finally, we pay. We drive to the other side, wait 10 minutes, and are given two iced coffees. (To make matters worse, they don’

I got the same coffee I got 2 weeks ago at a different location as this was only my second time going to an Armoa Joe's. The coffee i receive from here was disgusting. Why pay for Starbucks prices when what's being served is hotel quality coffee?
