Arrowhead Lanes

Issues with the lanes, the balls would never return, the shoes were old and smelly, and management was so rude to customers and even to the 2 gentlemen working for her! Maybe it was overwhelming due to it getting busy but regardless, it makes everyone feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Don’t waste your money here, not worth it at all!

The employee there was nice and added an extra 10min so we could finish our game because of all the issues we had getting our balls back. Negatives: there was a strange smell throughout the building, as mentioned our lane kept having issues returning our bowling balls, and overall the place could use an update. On a positive note, the oil on the lanes was good and they had a good variety of bowling balls.

The bowling was alright, but the prices are too much for the experience provided. Yhe shoes were old and falling apart, the bowling balls don't have holes big enough for most people. The arcade is also busted and the punch game doesn't work as intended. The mini golf looked fun, but not for $16 a person.

The older female attending is extremely rude, I’ve been here several times and always receive poor service from her. This last time I saw her openly cuss at a group trying to get into a lane to bowl. My group also had several issue with the scoring and pins. Would not recommend coming here

Lanes kept getting jammed almost every ball thrown. Had a new bowler with me that made a mistake of hitting the rack while the pins were setting and were kicked out. I understand it’s a bad thing to do but it is an honest mistake for someone who’s never bowled before. It was very expensive and didn’t even get to stay for the whole 30 minutes paid for, played 1 game and was 40 dollars!! With the price and how often the machines got jammed I would not recommend this bowling ally.
