I purchased a hand sewn custom journal for my newest apprentice. I have seen Nancy's work at events and medieval festivals and knew that they would have what I was looking for. The purchase was custom and the interface was efficient and made the process simple. I was notified when my product shipped and received tracking information and updates along the way. It is exactly what I was looking for and suits my new apprentice in style and color. I am very pleased. I would like to note that the negative review that was left here earlier was looking for something that this business doesn't provide and then trolled them. Very affordable prices for handmade art and specialized products. I took a look at Family P other reviews and they seem to have a history of dropping 1 stars for tiny things and almost every review they leave somehow finds a way to insult a woman who works or owns the business, going so far as to call one hormonal. I wouldn't consider that a trustworthy or unbiased review

I am just horrified at the cruelty of the negative review here, written by "Family P." It has no basis in fact or reality. Nancy's work is impeccable and her Illuminated Medieval Letters are to die for. Their hand made journals are real keepsakes. Beautiful work from a beautiful person. Thanks for "illuminating" our lives!
