Customer Reviews
I decided to take my staff to your restaurant after seeing the great reviews. However, I was very disappointed with the service during our visit. After ordering a drink called Maracuya, I immediately noticed that the milk tasted spoiled. I informed the server and asked if I could change the drink. She said she would check, but then another server came and told me that I would still have to pay for it. I was surprised — especially since the drink was clearly bad. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told the manager was not available, which I found quite concerning. Customer service needs to be addressed at this establishment, as experiences like this can easily damage an otherwise good reputation. Would you like me to make it sound more formal and diplomatic (for an email to mana
Great visit experience! Food was EXCELLENTE! Both Fresh and Good. Prices aren't sky high either. Walked here when visiting the US OPEN. Love them Beans, Rice and Sweet Plantains with our Fresh Trout Filet and Chicken! Staff is nice and you can practice your high school Spanish here too. 😊
Loved this place! Food was great - good selection, huge portions, cheap prices, and tastes like home cooking. The servers were super friendly, attentive and quick. Food came out at a reasonable pace. Highly recommend for anyone who hasn’t been here to give it a try.
Wow. We arrived at 10:30 and were given breakfast menus. We were wanting lunch (we ate breakfast in CT at 6 AM) and the waitress was kind enough to give us the lunch menus even though it was early. The food was so good and reasonably priced. We loved the chicken nachos (best nachos I have ever had) because they were covered in beans, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, and cheese. The fried plantain was full of beef and guacamole and deliciousness. Our 14 month old daughter loved the beef empanada. Our waitress was efficient and kind. This restaurant also has an A rating from the health department.
Ordered for take out &they didn’t provide cutlery so frustrating bc I’m eating outdoors how am I suppose to pick up my rice, had to beg a random place for plastic fork 😭☹️
