Asahi Chinese & Japanese Restaurant

This is the best place for a quick and delicious meal. I go at least two times a week and if I can’t go I order and every single time the food is amazing. This is one of the best Chinese foods I ever will have. The fried rice is cooked to perfection and the chicken always comes in good portions sizes. I wish they had more locations so I don’t have to travel so far. And I highly suggest the honey garlic chicken with the pork fried rice and you can’t forget that house salad with there ginger dressing. 10/10

I ordered from this restaurant for the first time in about 7 years, last Friday. I remember their food being quite tasty, but it appears the standard and service has changed. Today, I placed an Uber Ears order and indicated that I wanted by sauce on the side, as opposed to being tossed with the wings. I got a call saying that I have to order the sauce separately and that it was an extra charge. Mind you, I wasn't asking for extra sauce, just for it to be separate so I could control how much of it eat. The plain wings were also a dollar less than the sauces ones, so they wouldn't be losing money. The person who called also stated that the wings were already tossed and kept asking if I still wanted to purchase it on the side. l then asked, is it already tossed because they missed the note

First time at Asahi Chinese & Japanese Restaurant. Ordered ahead for pickup. Order was ready real quick. The staff was friendly and cashed me out fast. We got the shrimp lomain and the bourbon chicken dinner specials with wonton soup and egg rolls. Everything was packed good and their was no spillage. The food itself was fair. Everything was bland and lacked flavor. On the good side, nothing was oily and portion size was reasonable for the price. Maybe next time we will have to ask them to spice things up a bit. :)

I’ve been ordering food from the restaurant for years. Food is very good. Tonight I ordered 2 dinners with the soup, egg roll and fried rice. Delivery I love their hot and sour soup. It’s a meal in itself. I ordered a hot and sour soup and egg drop soup. Surprise!!! I received 2 wanton soups. They’re not coming back to deliver 2 wrong soups. The kitchen sure failed in this order. Hopefully the next time all will be right.
