Ashley’s Bakery Panadería y Pastelería

So far the strawberry cream cheese pastry is my favorite but I haven't found the item I'd continually come back for yet...so I'm hopeful I'll find my favorite treat (since I haven't had a change to try everything!) The staff are so kind, answering all my questions! And a huuuge win is the wide variety and it's reasonable price! I'm especially excited to try the tortillas next time!

Needed a last minute cake for a coworker's birthday and they had a couple just ready to go. Everyone loved the cake! It was so tasty and you can tell it's made with quality ingredients. We'll definitely be getting more cakes here!

Honestly have not rated Mexican bakeries I’ve visited in Denver metro so far, but this one is the exception. The pastries tasted fresh, not dry like a lot of Mexican bakeries I’ve visited. Will definitely be back, didn’t get her name but the lady in there was kind and super helpful.

The best Mexican bakery I buy my bread every week and I also enjoy all of their other bakery items. They’re all very friendly and I enjoy visiting their location. I would highly recommend going. You will be pleasantly surprised.

I stopped in after work and bought some yummy pastries! Owners were so friendly and this place is spotless! The tamales were delicious as well. Will definitely be back to try more of their abundant selection of goodies.
