Highly disappointed with the service, my husband and I go out of our way to come from north end to eat here, and we actually made it known to them last week while stopping in, we love the food and come a far way just to eat. Last night 02/24 we came in after work as usual before going back home to the north end. I didn’t realize until we left after dining in, they had charged me extra for a medium sized drink. Usually I’d let it go, but after being hung up on when I called to explain I couldn’t come back at 9:30pm and only being offered a drink and not a refund was mind blowing! I didn’t need the extra drink, we ordered a drink with the meal, I wanted a refund and was able to stop in the next day but wasn’t even able to get that out to the kid on the phone before he hung up on me after I t
Flavor of the food was good and the guy taking and filling our order was the best ever. He was so personable and super helpful. Taught us some Spanish too. 😉 My rolled chicken tacos were full of chunks of chicken and topped with plenty of cheese, guacamole and lettuce. The green sauce was tasty with them. I love spicy but wasn't totally down with the flavor of the red sauce. But that being said it seemed traditional because I have tasted that same flavor at other taco shops. You may love the red I perfered the green or cholula etc. The Carne Asada taco was a good size and the steak had good spices. The burritos were shareable since they were pretty big but I know my son and husband could probably finish one. Afterwards they may complain about being too full. 😃 Overall place had good servi
I dont offer 5s often. Ive been to several Atilanos locations here in Spokane and CDA. This one stood out with top notch service and burrito quality. I ordered the Atilano No sour cream. When they delivered my burrito to my table they joked with me in a way that told me they knew no sour cream. They had grilled onions and peppers, all the different salsa, pickled carrots and all that good stuff. Not all the locations have that. At other locations the Atilano burrito is more potatoes than meat. Not here, perfect amount of meat with potatoes. They took mu order quick and with a smile. They also had my food to me within a few minutes. The overall attitude was positive and friendly, like they wanted to be there.
Look, don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the food, but that is when they get it right. I've been to this location about three times, and another one about the same. At the other location I got the #6, which was 2 enchiladas, and I always choose chicken. Every single time, I've asked to get green sauce for the enchiladas, and green salsa on the side. The other location I went to always got it right, but this location only does it right when I go in and order, not when I use the drive thru. This time I made sure to clarify that I wanted BOTH green sauce, and green salsa, which I'm pretty sure are the same, they just use the salsa for the sauce. And the worker repeated it back correctly. I went to the window, paid, and got my change, but they cut me short for some of it, not giving me the
The food was pretty good for a fast Mexican place, with plenty of good authentic options and not just Tex-Mex or Cali burritos. And it's nice that they are open late. However, the drive-thru service was not very good. The guy on the headset spoke broken English and seemed to have trouble understanding it. That's fine, but maybe don't have him working the drive-thru speaker? But then, he acts like *you* are the jerk in the situation, grimacing out the window and throwing his hands up. I came prepared, having reviewed the menu before I went, so I wasn't waffling. I had to repeat my order items multiple times for him to get them, though he did eventually get the 4 items I was trying order recorded correctly. But then they still got it wrong. At the window, he asked whether I wanted red or g
