Horrible experience. I purchased a rotoflex pizza oven a few years back, and what they sent me was absolute trash. There are countless people they have taken advantage of again and again. As you can see from these pictures it looks like they pulled it out of the trash. I spent $10,000 for this oven, and another $10,000+ in parts to get it working. Beware, Beware, Beware!! I also wanted to include a picture of the salesman now in jail for ripping off countless others.

Tried to purchased refrigeration unit from this company. When I. Asked about warranty and if the take zelle payment for transaction tracking they said no cash only to avoid taxes. I said its a business to business transaction I was told the deal was to complicated so they would only take cash. This is a scam company

Let me tell you! If you want a good experience consider this company. I have been dealing with them for some time and I have nothing but great things to say about their service. Alex is punctual, attentive and highly involved ensuring that all of his customers get exactly what they need. Just recently purchased another Pizza deck oven from them. Quality is always what I expect and anticipate. The boys always go above and beyond to accommodate my busy truck routes. This last visit they really helped me out in a crunch.

Mark and Alex helped us purchased our first bakers pride ovens and they have been working great!!! Professional and reliable , they even helped with installation when we were in a bind.
