Over all great experience. We came in last night to celebrate my sister in law’s birthday. The waitress took really good care of us. Restaurant was a bit smoky I’m guessing because of pizza oven? Not sure. I ordered the Greek pizza. Dough was very tasty and soft. Salads are good portions.

To begin with, I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza. However, when it came to the lasagna, I encountered a unique taste that I was not particularly fond of. After taking two bites of the lasagna, I politely requested that the server remove the food from my bill. Unfortunately, after my two bites, the server displayed a lack of understanding and refused to take the lasagna off my bill, stating that I had consumed the majority of the food. This was particularly frustrating considering that I had only taken two bites. I decided to donate the lasagna to a homeless resident of Gainesville. Needless to say, I will be sharing this experience with my colleagues and family. OK, it's really hard to do a pizza review because honestly, everyone has their preferences on what a good pizza should look and taste like. And I could go down the rabbit hole of all the various styles and such. But when you boil it all down to the nuts and bolts, you have the crust(dough), the sauce base, and then all the toppings. The crust is one of the best balanced crusts I've ever had. Lightly crispy all around and then just right doughy and fluffy. Their sauces are all perfectly balanced and the toppings are top notch. Basically, it's our favorite pizza anywhere hands down. We've had pizza in New York, Chicago and about anywhere else you can think of that touts great pizza. Haven't been here in years and it's not the worst or the best pizza I've ate but it's still a great local pizzeria. The service was great and very polite.
