Really bad customer service, I called to enquire about an warranty issue from Canada couple of minutes ago but she is disconnected the call very rudely when i asked her to repeat the time when I can call back tomorrow. If you are there to serve your customers serve them properly.

Worst customer service team I have experienced. Purchased a two door fridge that malfunctioned after 9months. The customer support was slow to respond and ship out the warranty part. Equipment downtime will be two weeks if we ever receive the replacement part. Don’t spend your money here if you need something reliable because they don’t value their consumers after they receive their money.

If you want to purchase restaurant equipment with a company that stands behind their product, look elsewhere. Apparently the warranty begins the day the wholesaler receives the product not the day you purchase it (something the company I purchased my thermostatic griddle through has never heard of nor have I). After owning the griddle for 3 months my 1 year warranty is apparently expired, but gee for my inconvenience they will send me a part that they have no idea if it will work since it has already been replaced once as long as I pay for the labor… what a deal 🙄! Also if you purchase a griddle check your burners since two of the three were installed upside down so quality control isn’t the best. Needless to say customer service in Arlington leaves much to be desired. Everyone works hard

Update >Update. The Manufacturers Representative contacted me and my distributor and Atosa replaced my entire unit. It has not given me a monents problem in the 4 weeks since it was repalced. Time will tell, but it was a very satifactory result so far. (Origninal Post) Beware this garbage manufacturer. My freezer, which has has the compressor and the thermostat replaced once, has frozen up exactly the same way. Neither the dealer nor the manufacturere will give me my money back. I have thrown away expensive fruit 2x now plus the cost of this garbage machine. The reviews>i read must have been witten by employees. ATAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND.( Original post- I bought a freezer 2 months ago. It keeps nothing frozen! Complete junk. do not buy)
