I stopped using WIC even though I desperately needed it for my daughter because my worker got my cell phone number and started texting me privately. He started with wanting to meet up with me to "talk more about my life experiences" and it progressed from there. I finally quit using WIC completely because he would get braver and braver after every check in I had to go to. I told him I lived with my child's father and this wasn't appropriate but he would just claim he was trying to be friends. Finally I stopped replying and pretended that my number was switched to someone else and he stopped messaging me. I really hope he's not working there anymore because I know he said he was trying to discuss other women's "life experiences" with them and "interview" them. I just can't believe this is a

Came here during covid days in 2020 for regular teeth cleaning and was told that I had a few cavities that I couldn't see. Dental technician told me that they would fill them up with the same color of my teeth and had me schedule each tooth separately because of appointment availability. Fast forward to 2023 my teeth are completely destroyed from all of the drilling when it wasn't necessary. This clinic is only paid for by the state of FL for lower income residents be careful what you allow. Dental work in America is a rip-off and extremely expensive. Take care of your teeth.

Never a good experience. Can never get someone on the phone for a simple question. Their phones hang up when asking to speak to a coordinator.

Their wait time every visit is way too long! There's no reason for every visit we have to sit in a cold uncomfortable room for 1.5-2hrs. That's absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary! They need to figure out how to do better. They never took this long in CT. Definitely not every visit. Very slow moving!
