Auburndale Utility Billing

Lisa was very kind and took the time to answer all the questions I had about the multiple water meters we have in one of our FL State Facilities - (Suntrax).

Lisa was very rude and condescending to me when I asked why my water hadn’t been turned on after I had been waiting for over 24 hours. She was talking to me like I was really stupid. I think your staff needs to be trained better on how to deal with customers. On the other hand Jerry was very nice and apologetic for the entire situation and came out immediately to fix the issue. He’s a great technician.

Been trying to call and phone only rings. Someone finally picks up this time, doesn't say anything, but places me immediately on hold...5 min so far. ETA: I did eventually get someone on the phone. She addressed my concern quickly and was friendly.

I normally don't post reviews but we have lived in Auburndale for 8 years and have had to unfortunately deal with them and they have NEVER been polite! No help when needed no extensions when asked I just get "we give a two week grace period" the lady Lisa is INCREDIBLY rude! If you are going to work in service you need to learn to talk to people rather than be rude and snappy. It take little effort to be polite and a little understanding even if there is nothing you can do to help. We have struggled since the pandemic. Every other company has worked with us. Given us a few days extra. Not Auburndale utilities.

Stopping in to pay the water bill is always quick and easy. The staff have me out in a minute most of the time. They're always friendly to me and seem professional. I only wish they were open later for those days where I get held up, but otherwise they're great.
