For one I have to say that establishment was clean on point and the customer service was excellent. I mean completely excellent thank you ADAM for being generous and kind and patient with me. They didn’t have my usual but I was recommended to try the mini buns and Cinna sweeties which were definitely on point something new so once again I know worker is appreciated. If you still think that’s it is not important who is working in your team, visit this branch and enjoy every minute of experience there since you enter shop until you receive order. The sales man greets you with smile and sharing amazing mood to enjoy the food and you ready to buy everything what he will advice you. Anyways 10 stars for service experience which is starts from him and end with 1 minute for receiving order. As always amazing fresh Cinnabon and we first time try pretzels it is really good would love to go back again!

Excellent service, freshly baked pretzels and delicious.

The fast food restaurant is located in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. It is part of a franchise with multiple locations. They sell various pretzels, Cinnabon pastries and drinks. The location is small and customers have no tables for dining in. I ordered a pretzel and an iced coffee. Both were very good and service was quick. Friendly and helpful staff.

Stopped in when in BK and the staff was welcoming. I went on a Wednesday and the 2 for 1 special got me. They have a nice variety of specials during the week. So I will be back for more great deals
