I waited in line behind seven people and ordered a cup of salt pretzels, a cup of cinnamon pretzels, and a drink. The cashier rung me up for those things then told me she didn’t have any salt ready and asked me if I wanted two cinnamon or a cinnamon and a plain unsalted pretzel. I told her it was just for me, and I wanted both flavors and didn’t need two cinnamon and asked to refund the salt pretzels they didn’t have. She offers to put salt on the already made plain pretzel. I told her that really didn’t sound good and asked to have a refund for only the salt and still get the cinnamon. She told me I would have to wait fifteen minutes and having sold me something she didn’t have. Again, I asked for the refund for just the one item and to receive the item they did have. Try to buy some mini dogs and the woman ... I was in the fixed box that I couldn't sell there because the whole product was to be ordered through door dash... which is ridiculous and stupid since you are visiting the mall and you can't buy it right there... nefarious! I'm very disappointed in that

I was looking at pretzels. The lady at the front said they were ordered for someone in the glass case then I tried to order it and no one would address me. I know the food is good. The owner of Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon is so sweet! She makes everything fresh and has a lovely worth ethic. I would gladly recommend her place to get anything!
