I watched them handle food with bare hands and when I asked about it I was told I didn’t have to eat it. The girl at the register told me she didn’t have time to hear my complaint. The manager said he was allowed to handle food with his bare hands and was agreeable about not hearing complaints. Not the picture of customer service I would want to paint with a long line of customers standing there. This generation of employees you have working there is appalling. I’m choosing to eat elsewhere. I will not spend money somewhere that disrespects their customers that simply ask a question.

Yes yes yes!!!! Always an amazing treat! Plus seeing the owners working in the store shows their passion.

Many of the one-star reviews are outdated here, situation has improved with new management and employees, could always change but food is always fresh, is never handled with bare hands and its especially not having any half-filled cups, it's always filled to the brim. Always willing to own up to their mistakes by offering extra free products or otherwise. Overall, just a huge difference from a lot of these negative reviews as of the time of this review's posting. Make sure you make your allergies known as well, they are very friendly and always make it fresh for people with allergies.

That place terrible! I couldn’t refill my soda for free ! I bough 30 dollars! And they charge 1 dollar extra for refill! Buuuu ! No more that place .

I went to this place at 5:05pm tried to order 2 sweet almond pretzels but employee said we can’t take order now because will close soon. I most of the day I buy it for my daughter it is takes only 5-10 minutes . I’m really disappointed no more this place.
