I’ve been coming to this place for years now and it never disappoints. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. I’ve had everything that they sale here. I always come back for the regular pretzel bits. Not to mention they do an awesome job of keeping the place extremely clean. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you enjoy soft pretzels.

Omg!! This was absolutely the most delightful and meaningful meal I’ve had this year! I remember having a pretzel from this place in a local mall several years back and thought I’d give it another go. Boy have I never made a better decision! I decided on getting the pizza nuggets and the cinnamon pretzel! It was so warm and fresh when it came to me! The pizza nuggets were so good and all the salt, triple cheese, and pepperoni made it so bomb! The pretzel is also a must have! It’s so good! If you’re looking to cheat, I highly recommend Auntie Anne’s as your hotspot!

Delicious.. staff is very polite and Friendly.. I bought two pretzels for myself. The original pretzel and the garlic pretzel.. both were hot and fresh I always get some mustard to put on my pretzel New York style... Love this place they are normally in the airport but they have one here in Columbus...PS..only one made it to the house..

This Auntie Anne's is great! The caucasian lady with blond hair was very friendly and helpful! She made my pretzel absolutely perfect with no butter, & lightly salted!

Way too expensive! I just paid $45 for 3 small containers of pretzels, 3 scoops of cream cheese and what they called a medium drink filled 100% w ice and maybe two sips of lemonade. Absolutely over priced.
