They never have anything to eat there. ESPECIALLY THE MINI DOGS. Those things are the best and the best item on the menu and they absolutely NEVER have them and you can’t ask them to make the mini dogs for some reason. It’s really annoying because i’ve had nothing but great experiences from Auntie Anne’s in their other locations. And I don’t think it’s the workers fault there either, something is up and they never have those mini dogs :( BRING BACK THE MINI DOGS!!!
Showed up at 5:15 on a Sunday and was told there are no more pretzels for the day. I asked if they were making more and they said “no. Everyone already bought what we made for today. We are not making more”
I'm currently here thinking it was going to be a nice place to eat. But since I got here, I was so disappointed. No mini dogs, no pretzels, no cinnamon rolls, no nothing that has to do with cinnamon.
On a Saturday afternoon during the tax-free weekend right before school starts, the only item available at the store was stale pretzel bites. It took 25 minutes to serve 3 customers the single available item. The staff mentioned that all other menu items were frozen and they "didn't feel like getting them out." For $10, I got a cup of stale pretzel bites and a bottled water. The service and selection were extremely disappointing.
Don't bother coming here. In fact, I recommend avoiding it. We went in for a pretzel and a small pretzel nuggets. You know, the things that you get at a pretzel place. Nope, they were out of pretzels with not even a wait time given. So we decided to just get a regular size pretzel nuggets with some sauces. Nope, they were "out" of regular size pretzel nuggets. They had several of the small size cups already packed, so I asked if they could just pour some of the small cups together to make a regular size. They refused. We decided to just get a small size since we were already set on pretzels. Turns out they don't even come with one sauce. Every sauce is over $1 each.
