They have really good pretzels!Tonight i also had the mini hotdogs they are great! I also enjoyed a frozen blue raspberry drink.Everything was reasonably priced which was really nice also the people working here were wonderful.Love stopping by when I am in the mall.

Do not hand your card to the man working the stand because he will give himself an enormous tip. He didn't ask what sizes we wanted and just gave us the largest sizes. He was also very snappy and was visibly annoyed we were ordering.

I recommend not going here. The staff was so rude to my 10 year old grandson. I took him there today to get a snack for our road trip and my grandson chose what he wanted but changed his mind while we were still ordering. The staff said "well, did you make up your mind this time?" Then I asked if they had the mini pretzels. The same staff said "Can't you read the sign?" I told him I would take my business elsewhere and he responded with "Then go ahead!" I have worked in customer service all my life. I would never disrespect someone the way that man did. I'm sure the owner's wouldn't appreciate losing business because the staff was having a "bad day"

This is the best Auntie Annes location in Lake County. I come to this mall, but it is now dying. Anyway, this guy is awesome.

I came here to use my happy birthday reward because it is expiring today. They lady told me that they don't accept the rewards at this location. So terrible!
