The customer service was terrible. My wife and I ordered two items. They told us one wouldn't be ready for ten minutes, and when we said that was fine the employee wouldn't add the second item to our order and argue with us about when we told her that she didn't add the requested item. Making place two orders for the food we wanted. Both servers were bothered by us waiting in the dining area. Both of the employees proceeded to laugh at my wife when she went to go get her order claiming she only ordered one thing even though we asked for two. Wouldn't recommend this location to others.

The employees will straight up lie and say the food in the hot counter is for door dash to avoid having to do their job. We sat in the food court and ate the hot dog pretzels we were sold and watch the salted pretzels for “door dash” sat in there for half an hour. Right before close a lady came out a store and purchased said salted pretzels not from door dash. Lazy people now a days skating by on doing nothing for something.

Pretzels were fresh, hot and the dipping sauces are amazing! The Cinnamon sugar pretzels are super amazing as well! I could eat a whole bucket of these pretzels in one sitting!

The ladies were sweet, having fun making pretzels. Their smiles were great, and the pretzels were so yummy! Totally recommend the cinnamon and icing soooo good!

Girl working got very upset when I asked to order because she had been on her phone scrolling for 5 minutes. I asked her if I could order a lemonade mixer she then came to the register. I explained what it was and she wouldn't say anything except no, repeatedly. Not sure if she was struggling with an English language barrier.
