Auntie Anne's

I tried Auntie Anne’s for the first time on 3/09/24. I ordered a lemonade and mini pretzel dogs. The service was fast and good. The lemonade was delicious, and the mini pretzel dogs were tasty. If you are at this mall and need a snack this is a great option.

The owner or maybe the manager is very bad addtitude, always rude and never been nice. I don't know what the thing calls and I told him I don't know what is it then he just told me to leave? Is this what you supposed to do? Especially you are the leader of the bussiness.

I love aunt Annie's. But unfortunately today, the worker was rude and not very nice. When I asked for just a tap water, as we didn't want much to drink, she said i could buy one and she would not give a cup for water. Then, the coupon online said that I could redeem it in store and she would not allow me to do so. It might be a glitch on the online app bc it did say you could redeem in store and also on the next page said it excludes it... she saw that and agreed it said two contradictory things and then just stared at us. She was unkind and we left bc the whole experience was uncomfortable. Will go to Cinnabon instead.

The worker was fast and did a great job at getting people through the line quickly. We also very much enjoyed our pretzel snacks.

Food is good, but this place is so slow. Always a huge line that moves at a snails pace…..
