Auntie Anne's

was not greeted when i walked in even though there were at least 5 workers just standing doing nothing. very uncomfortable, they all just stood there and stared at me like i wasn’t allowed to be there. was not asked what i wanted at the cash register and wasn’t even told a total when it was time to pay. received my pretzel, and it was burnt. over $7 for a burnt pretzel. terrible experience, worst auntie anne’s i’ve been to in my life

Worst cinnamon and sugar pretzel and nuggets I've ever eaten. First time visiting this Auntie Anne's. The pretzel and nuggets were not up to Auntie Anne's standards that I am accustomed to. They were thinly rolled, tough, burnt, and hard to chew. There was barely any cinnamon or sugar on the pretzels or nuggets. The top of the pretzel was split and the nuggets and pretzel were dry. They tasted like cardboard not an Auntie Anne's cinnamon sugar pretzel and nuggets. There was no sign the pretzel was brushed and/or dipped in butter. I wasted my money. I'm giving it a one star because the male cashier did a good job If I could give zero stars I would.

$28 is what I said for a burnt pretzel and 2 orders of burnt pepperoni bites. There are more flies inside this place than outside. I use to love this place but it is not the same. Maybe it was a bad day for them however they were not even that busy. I do not plan on returning. I wouldn't say the service is horrible but it's not great. They clearly don't want to be here and it shows. There were a couple of guys making pretzels that were working pretty hard but other than that no thank you.

This was my first time coming to this location and I was truly disappointed. Pretzel cinnamon nuggets were not fresh. Some of the pieces were hard and some were soft. They tasted disgusting.

Everytime I’ve tried to come they never have anything, they say they are sold out 2 hrs before closing don’t know if hours aren’t updated or why they don’t make no more after 5, stores always a mess napkins, straws all over the floor.
