Walked in and Ryan was behind the counter. Zero eye contact, didn’t say hello, couldn’t muster a what can I get for you? I said hello! Then we placed our order, he didn’t ask if we needed anything else. I paid, and then the tip option came up. Are you kidding me!?!?! A tip?????? Stop it right now.

wouldn’t give me a cup of water. I actually really like the pretzels and drive 20 minutes to the mall because its the closest. I just spent 27$ and you wouldn’t give me a cup of water? the fountain is behind the counter do you think I will steal? I couldn’t believe it. treated me worse than a dog. bunch of scoundrels behind the counter.

Went in at 5pm on a Sunday. At least 4 people working. They were already shutting down, an hour early, with very little pretzels prepped, and a line out the door. No one was making more to provide more product for the customers. Pretzels they did have were very dried out as well... very poor service...

Absolutely awful experience! Terrible service, no food to sell with more than an hour left of business, and just absolutely rude in general. You should definitely fire the man and woman that are working onto that shift today. I think the worst part about it was going in there with my kids, who were excited to get something and just dealing with absolutely rude, ignorant young people. The positive aspect of it was was a good learning experience for my kids on how not to be when they grow up. Do not recommend to anyone at any time!

The bossman is rude, obnoxious and arrogant but you didn’t hear that from me. I think the foods pretty good but will probably never go in there for myself very much because I’m not really a fan of people who are rude to people that pay them
