Auntie Anne's

Use to be a good place to grab a quick pretzel, but the service as of now stinks. I stood at the counter for several minutes waiting to be served. Two employees were able to see me, one was playing with a rag (I’m sure she would say that she’s cleaning, but that was not a very good attempt at cleaning from what I) and another one just a little bit further in the back on her phone. They both could easily see me standing there, but I guess sales are not that important to them. Kind of crazy because there was a whole lot of pretzels, sitting in the warmer, and a whole lot of dough sitting on the counter, so you think that they would want to exchange some of that for some money. Oh well, I’ll go get a snack at home and save a few dollars this way.

THESE PRETZELS ARE MAKING ME THIRSTY!!! I do love these soft pretzels. I’m pretty boring I guess but my favorite is the cup of plain pretzel nuggets. No sauce required. This particular location is in a Walmart so there’s not much to say about the atmosphere so it gets four stars by default. Plus, it is clean and the employees are are always helpful and friendly. These are the best soft pretzels in my opinion.

Went in there asked the girl was the pretzels fresh because they were sitting in the warmer bagged up she said yes no longer than 15 or 20 minutes. Got to the car opened the bag they were burnt to a crisp threw half of it to the birds couldn't chew it. I went back in and told her the 2 rude young girls working there said they would make another I walked off and came back the other girl said I can't give you one you ate half of it i didn't I threw it in the parking lot it was clearly not edible to eat. I asked to speak to the mng she said its me very rude horrible customer service.

They serve delicious pretzels they have a lot of different flavors when. I get a chance I usually stop by and grab a pretzel.

Overall this is a good place. You come you know what your getting out of it. Some of the items are a little old but not to where it is bad or will make you sick. I mean old as in baked and prepared early and sits there all day. No complaints here
