Auntie Anne's

Thought I'd try this place vs Wetzels at the mall and vastly disappointed. For $17.94, I got room temperature cup of mini pretzels, cold cheese dip and a large lemonade, not including the tip which brought this to $20. When I got my order on counter, bag was slightly tipped over and as I reached to grab it, some of the pretzels fell out of the bag n onto the kitchen side floor. No offer or effort made to refill ones lost, just a blank stare by gentlemen working there...so honestly I have no reason to come back for anything here unless wetzels is closed and I'm dying for a pretzel. Thankfully I have a microwave at home to make this enjoyable

Best pretzel I've ever eaten. I understand why they have been in business for so long. Good service. Nice staff. I don't understand all the hate comments lol you can literally smell how delicious they are throughout the mall.

If I can rate the food at "zero," I would. But unfortunately, one star was the only option. The cashier was the only reason they got 4stars on service. Quality of food was 👎

Had a BOGO coupon from auntie Anne's, told me they couldn't except. Moron's don't know how to run a business, $4 for two pretzels. Company still making money. Almost $8 for two pretzels, expensive $$$$$. For that price, I could get a meal.

The cashier had his phone while processing my debit card. My sister saw him take pictures of my card talked to the supervisor and she was no help at all it was bulls*** not dealing with this place the guy didnt even have the right to try and steal my information.
