Posted pricw for pretzels is $3.79 each. The last 4 times I have been in there they have charged me $4.09 each. I have asked each time why and they say there is nothing they can do about a wrong price. They overcharged me each time, and we're going to again today when I asked to have it changed they said they wouldn't and the manager is in Buffalo. I did not get overcharged today as you have lost a customer. I am however reporting your location to the office of weights and measures, the local media, ND thr better business bureau. This may seem petty for $.30, but that means for me in the last 3 weeks $1.80 plus tax, and likey more since that was the first time I noticed it, but you are also overcharging everyone else that buys them, so you have likely cheated you customers out of hu

Disgusting. Bought two almond pretzels. They were so dried out, I could have easily knock someone out with them. Went back and told them. The guy making the pretzels told me that almond pretzel should be eaten right away. Okay. He made me two new pretzels. Holy cow! They were freaking RAW. Lesson learned. Never again!

If zero was an option I would. Dirty clothes not in uniform playing on their phones and just disrespectful and impatient about an order mix up. It's a pretzel place you signed up for customer service. I'm not rude yall are sad.

Online states it is open until 9 PM ...we went in at 7:50 ....waited, and waited...finally girl comes out I point at the bag of pretzels and ask if they are still open she says no...we close at 800, um are those pretzels in that bag? She says yes...so I can't buy any? She then says the other girl closes at 700... mind you it's 750 ten more minutes to go or am I missing something?

Literally never have anything cooked anytime I ever go there at both locations
