Someone need to tell that tall white guy with goofy glasses to learn to talk to costumers with respect. Me and my wife were walking in, and as soon as we opened the door, the guy inside yells at us, "I NEED MORE TIME, I NEED MORE TIME", we just closed the door and left. Do better.

Kristen was amazing very friendly outgoing and energetic! She was super helpful and even recommended that I download the Auntie Annie’s app to sign up for the rewards program as much as I love these pretzels. Thanks for such wonderful customer service you’re amazing Kristen!

the food was good but the service was horrible and the person serving me was so rude and was snapping at me and mumbling and when i asked her what she said she said so rude and it was so expressive i spent 11$ on a small pretzel bites and a dip and water

My daughter and I usually stop by Auntie Anne's for a cinnamon sugar pretzel when we visit Tanger Outlets or mall. The pretzels are usually warm, fresh, soft, and delicious. NOT THIS TIME! Not only was the pretzel barley warm, it was rock hard by the time I got home ( less than 10 minutes away). I'm beyond disappointed. The only plus is this hard pretzels will probably make my 6 year old daughter's bottom teeth come out and save me money on getting them pulled. Thanks!
