Deliciously smelling pretzels. I'm not too surprised at all the bad reviews of this one. There is nowhere to sit and eat your pretzel. This is in the Walmart, and it's a Walmart that has one-direction turnstiles. They didn't give me a napkin in the bag. The service was great, though. The case was full of fresh pretzels. I had an almond one and it satisfied me.

The customer service was awful there. Usually it’s great but this time they didn’t tell us they were ready for us (next customer) so I had to ask her. She said yes and I proceeded to tell her my order. She grabbed the pretzel while the other woman grabbed the drink. I was distracted by getting the items that I didn’t realize she didn’t give me back my 12 dollars from the 20 I gave her. She should’ve given me the change first. Instead she said “she put them in the counter with the receipt and someone had taken it”. I was upset because usually the employee gives you the change first. You’d expect them to give you the change in your hand at the very least. Overall it was bad experience. They need more training on how to handle cash and also a “next customer” or a greet would be a great start.

Pretzel was hard and old. The lady making the pretzels was terribly rude. She left after a few minutes and the other lady gave us a fresh pretzel.

I was craving AA so bad man. Drove way out of my way to go there. When I arrived, there was like 2 pretzels and none of the cool things like pizza pretzels or corn dogs. Not even any plain pretzels. The pretzel itself was hard and cold and rolled in uneven knots. Bad customer service. I know you aren’t hiring rocket scientists, but can you at least make sure you don’t have some half wit jaba the hut woman who probably ate all the dough and doesn’t know how to operate basic appliances.
