Auntie Anne's

It’s a small store. Located in the middle of the carpark at the San Marcos Premium Outlets. Across the street from Pottery Barn and Johnny Rockets. Food and drinks are fine. My pick is always the cinnamon sugar mini pretzels. Service was quick and easy.

The staff member at this location was quite rude and unprofessional — no greeting, no “please” or “thank you.” When I ordered pretzel nuggets, he tried to serve me pieces of a cut-up pretzel instead of the proper product. The service felt disorganized and careless, and to make things worse, they didn’t even have lemonade available.

I came on Wednesday, May 14th at 5:30pm and the staff was very rude, especially the girl... zero customer service and also rude. The other guy defended her without knowing what was going on and they were rude and lacking empathy!!! If you don't like serving people, then you're in the wrong job.

We order 2 buckets mini pretzels, both of them is taste burn!!! Never had any issues with other locations, cause we love auntie anne’s. But this location they need supervisor to come over to check them out!! I don’t think they ever really clean their things inside. We ended up waste $16.

I came on a hot day just wanting a snack when the girl w black hair was really rude to me. It took me a second to conjure up my order and when I told her, she replied with “I can barely hear you like what” girl you work customer service can you act like it.
